Boil Ups Are Us began with something simple a craving for home. When we first moved to Queensland, we noticed one thing was missing the fresh watercress and boil–up essentials our Kiwi whānau grew up with. What started as a small effort to bring in a few bunches for locals quickly turned into something much bigger.
Word spread fast. People were travelling hours just to get a taste of the kai they remembered from back home. So we expanded. Today, we supply everything from watercress and pūhā to meaty pork bones, lamb necks and premium New Zealand seafood including SUNZ Southern and Coromandel kina, pāua, mussels, oysters and Tasmanian scallops.
